The project has been done and will be paid for on collection.

The CPI (Capital Investment Tax) license has not been issued yet.

After the CPI we need some letters and the DUAT (right to use the land) before we can apply for the tourism licence.

As soon as the DUAT is issued construction can begin.

The project has 19 stands and 13 have been sold already.

Stands for sale ±600m². Prices from US$ 22 500.
